Best Mascaras for the False Lash Effect
I have hunted down and tested a bunch of mascaras over past few weeks in order to find out which are the best buys to give you that false lash look.
Number one, is a brand new release from Loreal Paris. It is called Miss Manga and promises ‘Mega Volume from top to bottom’ and I can promise you – it delivers! I have also done a live review and demo of the mascara which will be on my YouTube channel within the week, the link will be at the end of this article. The brush wand is the perfect shape and size to deliver a thick coat of product to the lashes and yes, it is obvious but does give a full on false lash effect.
My second choice is Max Factors False Lash Effect mascara – it speaks for itself. The wand separates and lengthen the lashes beautifully without clumping. If you love the long, sultry look then this mascara is perfect for you!
Next up is a similar product to the Max Factor mascara as the wands are a similar shape and material. This mascara is the Maybelline ‘The Rocket’ volum’ express. It gives a high impact look with both length and volume and is a very dramatic look.
Finally, Rimmel Lash Accelerator Endless mascara includes a Grow Lash Complex and has tiny fibers mixed in which cling to the tips of the lashes to add length. Sort of like falsies in a bottle. The brush is long and thin so great for short lashes and getting product deep into the roots.
